Today i purchased a exceptionally clean 1972 Maverick with 62,000 actual miles. I'm the third owner. This car is a white 4door deluxe model with a 302 auto and fac air(works). This car needs very little, seat pannel repair and small amount of surface rust that looks like it will polish out. Does anyone have any advice for me. I have one question. Did they ever come in a two tone paint? This car has all the chrome mouldings and is all white. I'm considering painting tan below the mouldings if they ever came out that way? I don't want to compromise it's original cond. Thanks for any input. Will
