    Im a new member but with the wrong car for your group. Hope i will still be accepted, I`ve been into only fords my whole life an am wanting to get back into again . I got a 63 1/2 galaxie 500 390 4v car auto . the car is going to go through a restoration body is really good , my question is though ive got a truck with a 351w firing order an 302 stamped on the intake . an was hoping on of you would be able to tell me wich it is thank you

    The easiest way to tell if its a 351 is where the distributor goes in there will be a vertical flat edge. A 302 will not have this.... I'd post a pic but I'm on my phone. And welcome

    But....if the engine has an aftermarket cam, it could very well be a 302 with a 351 firing order.
