Try Advance or O'Reilleys. Maybe even Auto Zone.

Do you really need to replace it? Rebuild kits are cheap (10.00 for a 1 bbl I think) and - for a weekend project - are kinda fun. Only takes a few tools, a bit of patience, one of your wife's best stainless steel cooking pots, and a small bottle of dunk/solvent/degreaser. I did my first carb (2bbl) a few months ago and it was fun.

Just make sure the pot is totally clean before you try putting it back in the kitchen. I got caught by my girlfriend and had to replace it with a new one.... ;>

Keep an eye on Ebay. I just got an NOS carb still in the
Ford box for my 250 6cyl a couple of weeks ago. It even
has the little plastic anti tamper emmissions cap for the
idle mixture screw with tuning instructions for the technician.
Paid $75.00 shipping and all. Works perfect. Napa wanted $250
    for a rebuilt carb.
