I went to the Ford swap meet in Columbus Saturday and had a blast !!! The swap meet itself looked like some of those folks should stop watching Barrett-Jackson !!:biglaugh: I would like to thank those of you that went. I had a great time and enjoyed meeting you. MaverickGrabber, that is a beautiful ride ! Thanks for bringing it out .

The only thing I bought was a carb spacer. Couldn't justify $250.00 for an nos hood trim !!! And refused to pay $175.00 for a gas cap !!

Lance....you have seen me eat, you know the bib is necessary :yup:

I had a blast! Everyone was great!
It was great to meet both Darryl's :)
Chuck, Dave, Willie, Wilbur, Chris and Captain RON! What a crew :evilsmile
Met up with Craig, talked to Shawn and his dad for a bit.
Met several other Maverick/Comet owners that we invited to the club, the mmb and the Round-up :yup:
Took a ride in Dave's car :49: I have been in a few fast cars before and I will say this.....he DON'T WANT KNOWN OF ME! :D J/k.....seriously, Dave's car looks great in pictures, but unless you see it in person, there is not a real since of appreciation....that car is sharp.....and very very strong!

one last thing to Cap. RON......
always remember what I told you the difference between:

1 just plain got rubbed :yup:
and Captain Ron got smacked in his mavnutts :biglaugh: :rofl2:

this gal was the culprit of all the above infractions

    Ohio swap

Had blast meeting every1 again and some for the first time.Swap meet produced the final parts that I needed. Yes, Daves car has to be seen in person to fully see the workmanship from Ward F and Dave..This is the second time I have seen it up close and personal and I still hope mine is half as good as his.

yes John needs the bib more often as he drools alot too( at hooters). When all the guys went for a smoke, the women ( 5) came to enjoy our company,Willy, Dave and ME. Opps Dave wasnt there yet..Must be the magnetic personality Eh Willy.Ya I got touched more that once.. by a :162: (Elizabeth). John was jealous. :biglaugh:

The new guy Darrel was very impressed with the people and has sworn that he is bringin his 338, dual quad, top loader, Stallion to Round-up. Lookin forward to havin Johnny (AKA PINKY) bye the beer.. Even the waitresses were callin him PINKY:rofl2:. lets do this again(y)
