I’m finding mixed information on whether mustang tailpipes are a good fit on the Maverick. So based on those of you who have used the mustang exhaust, hows the fitment and what year did you use?
I used an entire dual exhaust kit for an early Mustang. It was made by Thrush. Fit pretty good with some trimming.
Same here, early Mustang. Had to change the angle of the right pipe slightly but that could be just the way I mounted it, my mufflers hang a little low.
I used the early Mustang tailpipes from Flowmaster. Like the others. Had to change a couple of the bend angles to get them to line up the right way. The passenger side was pretty easy. Had to do the most with the drivers side due to the staggered shocks mostly.
