    The lenses are but I don't believe the housing is the same.

    Housings are different.

    '74 Maverick 302 5-Speed.'60 Falcon V8. '63.5 Falcon HT
    The 70 Mustang rear chrome metal housing will fit the Maverick front fender. You will have to look real hard to see the difference between the two.
