i recently purchased a 77 pinto sport wagon for 200 bucks. the reason for picking up said pinto was to do the stang II swap into my maverick. I was curious if anybody here has done the swap or could maybe just give me some advice. Two of my buddies are willing to do the fabrication for me and while they are at it, going to fab up a nice cage for my 74 4door 347. the reasons for the stang II swap are better handling/suspension and a nice open engine bay to make room for a turbo on the 347. plan to go with a lincoln versailles rear end and a built *possibly lentech* aod/aod-e. i would also like to convert to EFI. if anybody could help with advice on stang II/pinto suspension swap it would be greatly appreciated.
