I've followed this site for a couple of years now. I bought a 77 Comet a couple of year ago. I'm just starting to do a few things to it like new leaf springs and shocks....then wheels and tires. I'm kind of old school so I'm thinking Cragers. It's pretty original....you know the story....one owner and in storage for years. It has a 302 wiht 77K miles. It's a pretty solid car. Anyway....I remember reading about a Mustang gas tank conversion that provides a centered Mustang tank to allow for better access to dual exhaust tal pipes. Anybody done that? How did it go and do you have the how to article?
