Oook, well I replaced my modulator valve and I noticed that I can turn it back and forth ....is there somewhere specific it is supposed to be set or does it not matter? Thanks!
Your 74 C4 is held in place with a clamping spring that is bolted to the extension housing. The modulator is sealed with an o-ring. It is free to rotate and it really isn't likely to hurt anything - the hose will keep it from spinning if it is a tight fit.
