    went to the 1st ford at summit motorsports park aka norwalk raceway park saw a bunch of mavs. 8 altogather i believe and one made it to the finals.here are some pics.

    yeah i was surprised to see so many and they were running strong mid 12s and fasterand 2 mavs made it to the semi-finals and had to race eachother.

    A buddy of mine was there in his 76 capri....he brushed the wall at 140+ mph....he said it was time to retire the capri and finish his tube chassis maverick.

    next year all those who live close will have to come for the all ford drags they also had a car show and swap meet. maybe we could do a mini meet there i talked to one of the event coordinator she was a very nice person to deal with and im sure she wouldnt mind i could talk to them in advance.a good time could be had by all who attend.
