    Clay and I went to the Mayfest car show in Guin, AL today. Weather held the turnout down to 31 vehicles. When we registered in, they gave us a ballot for us to vote on our choice of best car, best truck, and best motorcycle. Motorcycle was won by the only one there, a lock in. My buddy Cliff Weaver won best truck with his super sharp copper 53 F 100. Clay won the kids choice award with his black Maverick. Then........................................................................................................................................... I won the best car award!
    I was floored! I beat out a sharp 50 bullet nosed Stude, a fine 58 Chevy Impala, a 57 Chevy Belair, a 68 Camaro, and several other nice cars. Looks like Mavericks are starting to get some attention!
