mav change over

    hey guys, new here but this my third maverick, so i would like some oppion on what donor car would be the best to use to update my 71 mav as far as adding all the newer stuff like power steering,5.0,tranny, power brakes,or maybe what would be the best year stang to put under neath it.trying to make it easier for the wife to handle something i want to try.:hmmm:

    Three 71 Maverick Grabbers, a 72 302 Sprint, a 73 LDO 2door parts car, a 76 silver v8 Stallion.
    The Maverick was available with all of those options. I'm sure you can find those parts from other members if you just wanted to keep original Mav parts on the car. It would probably be a lot easier that trying to adapt other parts.

    it's just something new i was going to try to do i'm looking at a 73 that i was going to keep more original.

    If ya got the bucks and know how, you can go with one of those MustII kits from Rod & Custom Motorsports. That will give you rack & pinion steering, disc brakes, and no shock towers.
