Lower fuel tank filler pipe seal

    hi guys!
    i just received the seal that goes between the tank and the filler neck form autokrafter
    this one

    i was wondering if i just put it on or if i need to use some glue or anything?

    1966 Mustang, 1972, 73, 73 and 73 Mavericks
    A thin film (.010") of Permatex or locktite 518 will seall any irregularities.
    Since Permatex bought out Loc-tite the number is the same and the product hasn't changed much that I can tell.
