Looking for Rear Spring Plates

    About to put on some new leaf springs on the Comet but it looks like the rear spring plates (perches? the plate the bottom of the rear shock bolts to) are near the end of their life. Anyone have a source for rear spring plates or a part interchange?

    See picture for clarification and let me know if I have the part name wrong!

    They are very rough on the underside not a good picture to show the damage on them. I will email you shortly.

    If you want to upgrade to traction bars, Lakewood direct fit bars for the 67-70 Mustangs have thicker welded plates (to the bars) that replace the stock spring plates. I have a set on my 77 Comet.
