    Interesting mod to the grill. Did he take a standard grill and add the lights, or take a grill with the lights and add the center medallion?

    I have always liked that color scheme. Never seen it on a Mav. Mostly Stangs and Chevelles.

    I gotta ask what size tires are out back?

    I will also comment that the grille is interesting.

    Looks great. I also had a guy call me yesterday and said I met him a few years ago. He took my card and said he'd call when he got a Maverick. Well, he got one and crused by today. Found out his first car was a Sprint when he was 17. I took a 70 grill and cut the center section and notched it so it will slide on a grabber grill. Looked too busy for my taste. There should be pictures of it somewhere on this sight.

    I asked him the same and he said he bought the car as a basket case and was missing alot of parts such as the the original signals,so he made use of a cracked mav grill and installed comet lights

    Not sure on the tire size but i'll ask,i know the rims are 15x8's.Derek.

    very nice looking cars.. Silver is a hard color to paint as it requires that all metallics are sprayed evenly.No patchy spots..Requires good prep like black..

    Derek: bring him and the car on May7th.. would be a pleasure to see by all attending.. I hope to have mine running and if so it will be there on a trailer unless its raining. No glass in the car.. hope to meet you then too (y)
