Ladder bar install pictures

This is the link to Photobucket where I have pictures of the ladder bars and cage. Some of the undercarriage had a zinc type coating on it, maybe galvanized, but it seemed that no matter how much grinding, you couldn't get it off. You will be able to tell where by the welds.....Mostly on the rear subframe connections.

MAN!!! THat looks like a good bit of work...glad they feel right for you, but I think I will stick with my Caltracs

 

That must be a satisfying feeling to do your own roll-cage and ladder bar setup.

Yes it is, I enjoy the engineering way more than the fabricating though....

With the heat here in Lake havasu City, Az. (109 yesterday), I was trying to keep my car as cool as possible so I put a AFCO aluminum radiator without a trans cooler and put a B&M Trans cooler, with fan, in the trunk.

Ahhh...I figured it was something like that. At least we're in a cooling trend right now...it's only supposed to be in the 90's till Saturday!
