    well i finally got my comet done shes been running strong for 2 weeks and nothing yet. i ran it at Norwalk raceway, it ran a 15.2. i think low 15s is great concidering i have a stock c4 with no third gear and those small small rear end gears. My third gear doesnt shift with the throttle open. but im putting 4:11s in the rear and rebuilding the tranny. what do u guys think low 15s aint bad right

    Sounds good to me, i have a 289 with a crappy c-4 that needs a rebuilt and 2.79 gears,i hope to run at a least in the 15's before putting in the new engine.

    Got to start some where. low 15 with a fairly stock set up is just fine(y)
