Well, some of you older member will remember me. I've been away for quite awhile! I took my car off of the road several years ago to "finish it" and it's gone backwards. I tore it down for bodywork and that's as far as I've gotten. So, I got a wild hair and I'm going to put it back on the road, as is, and DRIVE it again. However, I'm going to put a 4:11 posi unit in it( that I just bought) and see how that feels. I miss driving it and it looks worse now than it ever did. But I'm going to throw a new carb on it and have fun. My main issue right now is that the gas tank leaks. It was always rusty, but it's finally gotten some pinholes. Can we get aftermarket tanks now? Or is it only used or fuel cell? I plan on spending a lot of time on the board again, so I'm looking forward to catching up with old friend and meeting new ones. I hope y'all are doing well!! Hi Preston, back... you can get the later model tanks at several places, Spectra makes them. I've installed a few in my cars and others have also. longer strap bolts gets it in and a vapor valve and seal hooks it up. Frank
