I have verified that 71-73 Mustang STANDARD interior door handles are the same as 71-72 Mavericks and Comets. I bought them from National Parts Depot. Here is the part number and the OE # that it replaces.
    NPD# 22600-5A replaced oe# DODB 6222615-E (ALSO D1AB 6522615 AA)
    NPD# 22601-5A REPLACED OE# DODB 6222614-E (ALSO D1AB 6522614 AA)
They are $17.95 each and are excellent quality.
By the way, they also have a very trick polished stainless coolant recovery tank for 67-73 Mustangs that is a perfect fit.

The armrests and armrest bases look the same on 71/73 Mustangs as well .. wonder if they will all swap?

I bought my armrests from Maverick Connection. They are made by a dash company. I am relatively certain they are the same. I can't find a picture of the chrome bases. I'd sure like to find some. I reversed mine from left to right and it made a big difference (the underside had zero wear, but had the typical bubbling).

I believe some model years of the Torino also match.

I recognized that maverick ones fit my 70 Spoiler.. Spoiler stuff is stupid high,, even ridiculous. This is for early mavs and comets only. So pay attention to torinos, montegos, and stuff like that at yards.
