So, I decided to take the intake manifold off after I did some research that said that a bad gasket can cause the car to overheat. I haven't taken the intake off Jair yet because it is stuck due to overuse of gasket sealer but look long at the bolts I am a bit convinced that there is a leak. Just taking the bolts off is noticed a difference in gunk build up. I am use to seeing rusty bolts but this was different! For example the two bolts I took out were right next to each other. They were in front of the 6 and 7 cylinders, the cleaner one came from the 6th and the dirtier one came from the 7th! It almost looks there's oil there as well but taking out the dirtier bolt I noticed some water with it which is why I am convinced the the leak is coming from there! should I be worried that the leak is coming from the intake? Does anyone know if this is a sign of a leak? let me know what you all think! should I get a new intake?

You are already committed whether or not you have a gasket leak! You need to remove the intake and replace the gaskets at a minimum. Unless you intend on removing the intake on a regular basis or have aluminum heads, I would replace those studs with intake bolts.

A lot of people will not use the front and rear gaskets and just use about 1/4" bead of sealant on the top surface, make sure you get the corners good. From the looks of the studs I would replace the gaskets.

At least you got them out without breaking them, be careful to pry in a good spot so you do not break the manifold
