will it be enough? i have a bone stock 200 with no aftermarket cams or carbs, factory mechanical fan. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1-Ro...=Make:Ford|Model:Maverick&hash=item1e624188bd
I have never heard of a...one row....for your 200 it may be fine. i would go for at least a...three row...that way when you do upgrade you won't have to buy another radiator...JMO
The sites says that same radiator is compatible with a 302, so it should be fine for a 200. The description even shows it compatible with 5.8/351 Mustang engines.
I'm with Frank. Go with a 2/3 row just in case you ever decide to do a V8 swap or if you ever decide to boost the snot out of that 200.... Jegs/Summit have cheap universal ones. And the Champion direct fit one is also affordable.
Hero Ditto what frank said ..... Just remember its is always easy to warm it up. Its not real easy to cool it off
Hello, ask the seller how is one row going to cool? . I thought the rows were to move the water to cool. The water goes into one row and cools off a little and then the next row and cools some more. Tony
You need to get a replacement radiator. The 200 uses smaller inlet than the V8 radiator - they are not inter-changable without some kind of an adapter hose. My suggestion is to call Champion radiator and see if they have one for your application. They have a satisfaction, money-back, guarantee. Their radiators are very well constructed and will not give you any problems. Chamion radiator has an ebay store but you have to call to see if they have one to fit your application - they only show the most popular ones on their Ebay store.
Ok just looked into champion and decided I'll go with the smaller of the two on there site 189 shipped sounds great and they seem much better made so I'll be good in the long run. Thanks for everyones advice
