Will any old Ford dash with the dey on the dash swap into a Maverick?? I really want to do the 69.5 dash conversion so my key will be on the dash (I just think that's really neat) The only thing is.......THERE SEEM TO BE NO 69.5 MAVERICKS LEFT!!!!!! So I was just curious if any others would work. Thanks folks. Preston
Country: I was considering this myself. All that I could come up with was, mounting the key cylinder on the dashboard (a little fabrication here, but doable) and then making a fiberglass cover for the column to make it look like it never had the ignition switch or column shift.
