Hello All, Long time reader short time member. I just wanted to drop a post and shout out how happy I am to have a Maverick again. I punished three of them growing up, a 1970, 1971 and a 1974. Alas that was twenty-something years ago. I loved em then but thought all that was in the past, see here in Michigan cars disappear (rot away) quickly. Fortune smiled on me as I found, through this site of awesomeness, one for sale here that had just arrived from a salt free southern state. It has low miles on it and hasn’t been hacked up. It even has the original hubcaps, although ones missing the center. It appears to have been taken well care of. I had to relearn column shifting but it keeps me focused. I really love the car. Thanks for being here guys and I’m sure this won’t be my last post. Al
