hey im new and im from central washington i have a 1972 mav grabber 302 3spd on the floor it is in the paint shop where my brother and i are working on it on the sanding its gonna be sonic blue and i was wondering where kind i find: eleanor(shelby, thunderbird) taillights front spoiler for maverick and a suggestion on what are some good wheels for a maverick
Welcome to the board. Lots of great people here. Glad we got another from Washington State. I got my front spoiler from the "Maverick Connection". I believe it was $75.00. It was for the 70 to 72 Maverick/Comet. It fit my 73 Comet just fine.
Welcome, ebay could be a source for tailights, also a stang supply house. Wheels, lots of differerent opinions here. I like um shiny and big. Dan
I have a Mas spoiler on my blue car. I also have the Shelby tail lights in the rear. Oh yeah, welcome to the board.
rayzorsharp where did u get the taillights if u dont mind telling me,by the way ur maverick looks kick-a$$ in ur little picture
Here's a link to more photos of my car if you wanna take a look. http://community.webshots.com/user/rayzorsharp I got all the tail light stuff from eBay with the exception of the fiberglass tail light panel. It's for a 68 Shelby and it came from Tony Branda Mustang Parts.
so is there no store that sells the light kit completly, and what kind of radio/cd player is that you have in your pics b/c mine was torn out
Ray ... don't think I ever saw your photo's before ... Awesome job! ... I don't think you missed a single detail on that car!
You can buy everything you need from Tony Branda at: http://www.cobranda.com/ It's a little high priced which is the reason I bought a lot of my stuff from eBay. I probably saved $100-150 bucks. The radio/cd player is just a cheapo I got on eBay also. I wasn't going after name brand. I just wanted one that would play mp3's to cut down on the amount of cd's I needed to carry. You can get a cd player on eBay for less than $100 including shipping and mine even came with a remote.
