how do you identify a true sprint?

    can you tell a sprint by the vin or body code?

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    Body buck tag (if it hasnt rotted off) will have SPR on it before color/code which is 9A wimbeldon white...
