Hi, I started my 1973 Grabber teardown and restoration. I'm going to have lots of questions. Do I need special permission to post photos? Can't find any info on the procedure. Of course I am an internet moron. Bob in Acworth GA
Not a moron at all, the only requirements is 10 posts prior to being able to upload. I only know this from reading someone else asking. To post on forum not gallery. http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=23262 Is the gallery info http://mmb.maverick.to/faq.php?faq=vb3_user_profile#faq_vb3_albums
Yeah rules... I don't like them myself. But the world would be chaos without a effort at guidelines for people to follow. As not everyone is born with common sense Not so common...this common sense thing.. oxymoron for sure.
Awesome. Yeah looks like your way more into your build than I am so far. Like the Humpty Dumpty name for it
Took that pic a week ago. Now I have the accessories taken off, driveshaft removed. Going to pull the motor (from a 86 Mustang GT) and T5 tranny as a unit next weekend. Whoever put this motor in cut a zillion corners and left a lot of dangling wires and accessories unplugged. In general a real mess, but that's half the fun getting it all sorted out. Your going to kick butt at this project, you have the right attitude Took me awhile to get over the WTF mentality and frustration on mine, to be honest still battling it. Someone put my seats on with wood and wood screws to the floor pan.. still not sure about that one. I am still saving up for a welder so I can make a proper fix as I do like the seats, and height position they have them at.
I was wondering why i cant post pics...one more and ill be at Ten..whoo hoo I,m also rebuilding my 75 and wanted to post pics of the progress.
You have enough posts now to upload to the gallery. More info on posting to gallery can be found here. http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=15529
