I have installed radio's in newer cars but i can't seem to figure out how to install a new cd player on my 1973 comet. It came with out a radio so i would like to know were the electric is. I can't seem to find it and I would like to have a cd player in my car. It has a weird hook up. There are 4 wires going ito a conector and 2 wires coming out the other side. But it is not the electric unless some how it has been disconected some where up in the dash. I know its not speaker wires becouse i know were the speaker wires are. If any one could help me I would be very thankful.

    hmmm

To save myself the trouble of splicing into the stock connector of any car i simply use a fuse tap and wire it straight from the box to the radio... Find a good ground and wire that puppy up
