ok, here is what I do...
Right click on photo and open with imaging.
Then click on page at the top control bar thingy.
    then go to "properties"
click it then open your resolution and change the DPI.

Less DPI makes the file smaller.

    tip:
I always save it somehere else, cause when you go to close it after changing the resolution it will asl you if you want to save changes. When you do it, your original size will be changed, but if you save it to a different location, you will still have your original.

once it is saved and changed, find it, put your cursor on it and it should pop up with the new size, it needs to be under 100 kb's.

I am NOT a computer person, this is just what works for me.
If anyone has a better way, please tell us.

    LAter.

I think trying to post a picture as a bmp makes it too big. All that background has to take up space. Try doing this. Once you have your picture in paint, all you have to do is click on "file" at the top left, then click "save as", Then click the window that says "file type" and select jpg. Then you can load it directly on the board.

    tape on the shifter

HA HA ... not quite, my car has a strange problem that the shifter has to be pulled back slightly for the blower and radio to come on.. (still haven't figured that one out) anyway I had a spacer to hold it back and that tape held it in place, just never took it off yet. I am thinking the shift linking muat be rubbing a wire somewhere and shorting out,. I knoew I'd get a comment on it once I saw it in the picture. ;)

Don't feel bad abput the lever. When I was a kid I had a T-Bird and whenever I wanted to honk my horn(usually at girls) I had to have the right turn signal on. I was never so glad to be rid of a car!
