hood hinges

    I searched the site and didn't find anything about "bad" hood hinges. The driver side hood sits to "low" and I have to gently work the hood upward for the first few inches before opening completely. Since mav hinges are not spring loaded do these things really "wear". I know there is some adjustment where it bolts to the body but that didn't seem to help. Thanks in advance.

    Yeah, the ones on my 77 are shot. I have a good set I'm going to put on it one of these days...
