    New guy here, who wants to relive part of his youth. The first car I ever bought in High School was a 71 Grabber- 320 V8 2bl carb. auto floor shifter with buckets. Yellow Shag carpeting and an 8 track player. Bought it used for a 1000 dollars in 1975....enough about the old days. I am currently looking for something similiar for my 13 year old son and I to rehab.

    I figure the Maverick Grabber would be a good choice.

    Hoschton Georgia ( Atlanta) Of course I would like another 71 but I can't always be too picky. I am looking for something that needs mor cosmetic than mechanical..

    Another Georgian ... you are in good company! Although your request is a bit unusual ... most people want nice cosmetics and would rather fix the mechanical. Easier to turn a wrench than weld, strip, cut, sand and spray! :)
