    Maverick Man,

The previous owner of my car is a good friend of mine. I bought to car to keep it in the family. The intention was that maybe some day Jim would buy it back but he has a 70 Falcon now that he's putting a 351 Cleveland in.

I like the carbon fiber hood!

:Welcome: to the board. A few people on this board know that car real well, me being 1 of them . I have the original hood for that car on my 72. That car was built in Toronto,( Missisauga actually). and raced for years on the 1/4 mile tracks.I believe your friend bought the car from the person who bought it from FRED the original builder of that car. some where near Flint MI. Good luck with your car and I would love to see you bring it to my MINI meet on Sept 16th/07 at Summit Ford all ford show. Lots of room for trailer parking and its a fantastic show. About a 4 hr tow from your location. Keep in touch RON(y)
