Hello everyone...I just came across this forum in a random search for a first car for myself....Apparantly I had done the same thing before, as I've been registered for some time...My name is George, and My love of Mavericks stems from my childhood. A good family friend had a white 1973 Maverick 4 door, I spent years riding around in that car.(Though i thought it was the ugliest thing in the world...i was young, forgive me), and then in '03, he died of liver cancer. The car was left to his brother, who stripped it for his own Maverick, and parted/trashed the rest...that pretty much sums it up, I've now grown up, and am on a frantic search for a similar car to commemorate to his memory. It's nice meeting you all, I hope to spend alot of time here =) -George
