At time when I am putting some of my Mavericks up for the Winter, it's a great feeling to be driving my 72' again! As I mentioned in another thread, it's been about year since I have driven it on a regular basis.

Brakes are taken care of, and a rebuilt carb. Next a set Winter tires, and some bucket seats!!! :)

All I can say is, what a feeling!!! (y)

    Unfortunately yes.

I was looking to sell this car a few times anyways, but I couldn't bring myself to sell it, so now that my Super Coupe blew it's head gaskets, I need a daily driver. I will just have to be faithful and take it through the car wash frequently and get the underspray treatment. Besides, I have to admit I do like being able to drive my Maverick everyday. Although, I have to admit, I wouldn't drive the Grabber or my 74' in the Winter. You have to draw the line somewhere. :)

So, there you have it. Guilty as charged, but not proud of it. ;)
