    Derrick got his blue Maverick on this month's cover of M&F.
    I have to eat my words previously spoken about the magazine.
    There was a bit of improvement, as promised, this month over
    the previous.

    Congrats to Derrick on his layout.

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    Hey thanks guys… I just wish I could get a bound copy myself! :p I have only seen tear sheets (that’s what its call before it goes to print) what gives!!!! :huh:

    Now, even tough this magazine is done out of our FL office I did what anyone else would have done. I sent in pictures of the car to the editor at the time. He really liked the car and wanted to feature it!

    So, I had one of my friends shoot the car for them because they wanted a new look for the magazine. Actually the pictures you see in the magazine were shot over a year ago! It’s about time!

    They first lost them. Then they forgot about them. :cry: Actually the car wasn’t even supposed to be on the cover! I mean when is the last time you seen a non Mustang on the cover? Think about it.

    So, as most of you devoted readers know Mustangs and Fords has gone through some changes more then the last 6 to 7 months. It just so happened since they have a new editor that wants to change things up and the last 3 covers had a red mustangs and “this” issue (June) was supposed to have another red mustang which is a no, no in the magazine business.. So I lucked out! I just hope it sells well on the newsstand… I’m sure it will piss off a lot of mustang owners! :p

    Sorry I know you guys are sick of seeing this car and probably sick of me,:rolleyes: but I’m trying to get as much out of this car as I can, not to mention I want a name for the poor Maverick it deserves better from all the flack it gets!

    Anyhow by the end of this year, trust me you will be sick of that car! So get your darts out now! 100 points if you miss the car –100 if you hit it! :D

    But this car is done… well for now… I am going to start working on the white junk now. John Ford has been telling me I have been neglecting the white car!

    Also lets not forget this years virtual car show winner Ray Perrish aka rayzorsharp.. I saw his car in the reader round up in the same issue!!!! Give him a congrats too! (y) (y)
