I'm an over the road truck driver, second career. When I'm on the road, besides drive, I think about modifying the Mav. Tonight, I was driving the car home and I took my cloverleaf. That would be the 75 North, 5 South, 75 South to 5 North, in Marietta GA., AWH yes. This, at first wasn't any fun. The mav with the old carb would die or lean out. But tonight with the new suspension and carb, RBS, it took the curves at 50 and held it. I know there is more speed in the car but 50 was a whole lot of fun. When I am done with the small mods I'll let you know how much better the car does. My next major suspension mod will be Goodyear Gatorback 225-60x15's on the front and 245-60x15's on the rear. I may also change the power assisted steering out for non-power. Man, this car responds to minor mods so well, it's great to work on and drive.

    Hey Don,
No thanks to/for this web site, the car is running great. Next weekend, I am changing the timming gear and chain to the '70 setup. 0 advance or retard. I am hoping for a real seat of the pants feel improvement. I'll have 2 day's off and don't think it'll take more then a day to change. The Falcon Six Performance Handbook is a great book.:29:
Thanks again for all the help,
    Ken:drink:
