Dropping the tank in my 71 -- CA version. Is there a difference between CA and non CA tanks for vehicles that year? I am interested in dispensing with the evap system all together. I have read that some simply cut and cap the line that ran to the charcoal canister and replace the cap with vented. So if that works I can re-use my existing tank if not best to get a non CA tank from 71 or 72? Going to AZ tomorrow for parts if there is a diff may try to get a tank from a non CA car. Thanks
