    Hello everyonein the community , my name is john i have a 75 ford maverick!!
    I have been looking for a site all about our great cars and well this looks to be the one . BTW does anyone have any tips on changing the high pressure hose on the power steering pump , it just doesnt seem to want to go back into the axel. ne hints let me know talk to you all soon . thx

    What do you mean it won't go back in to the axle?
    Are you referring to the power steering control valve
    underneath the car just behind the front wheels?

    If so, that can be tricky. You have to hold your mouth
    right when getting it in there.

    Sometimes it may be easier to remove another line allowing
    a better angle to screw the nut into the valve.
    MAKE SURE THAT THE NUT AND FLARED FITTING IS CLEAN!

    The ends are metal so they are difficult to bend and get
    in line correctly.
