Been in the shop 7 weeks ... Now it's ready to put back together. Already ran into several issues ... The front bumper looked good until held up to the rest of the car ... gonna definitely need a re-chrome before I mount it. Also it looks like the rear-bumper brackets I have are from a 1973 Model since they stick out too far. I gave Terry (Hawko) my 1972 Brackets. Hawko ... If you don't need them I'll swap you .. otherwise need a set of 1970/72 Rear bumper brackets from somebody on the board ... Thx ...
Ahhh, it looks ok. Just kidding ya, Car looks great. Red is not my favorite color but when you see nice cars like this and Jeans, it makes you think.
That is awsome!! I bet you can't wait to get it out on the road. would love to see more of it as you go.
"looking good" when you go to test drive it, bring it to macon, and we will get a bucket of chicken and look it over. a guy at work said in a car show a red car is the winner and the rest are loosers. yours has got to be the red one...frank...
paint hello, the car is great, just like to know where did you get the engine paint and what is the color code. i was told that eastwood ford blue is not the right one and you have to get old ford blue but i can't find it so far for my 72 maverick. thank you joe
i like what you did with the tail lights.... what did you do with the tail lights??? ...frank...
7 weeks....a tad longer than predicted....but worth the wait. I especially like the correctly painted grabber scoops.
That's my Dad sweeping the driveway ... he kinda got in the picture The car is color code 3 - Bright Red. The engine is Eastwood Ford Blue. Tail-lights will be installed soon ...
