I don't want 7 blades being spun by my engine. I don't need any extra cooling but if I did I would go to an aluminum radiator and electric fan(s).

In my experience, adding a bigger fan dosen't seem to help cooling much at all. I put a 6 blade fan off a '68 F100 on my Maverick one time, and there was a noticeable decrease in performance. The car only ran maybe 3 or 4 degrees cooler. I got rid of the big fan, installed an almost new 3 core radiator and new thermostat, and now my car has a hard time getting above 160. Infact, I believe I am going to have to put in a diffrent thermostat for this winter to make the car run warmer. The other night it was in the low 50's and it took almost 20 minutes for the temp to get over 150..
