    what size exhaust would be good for a stock 302, I swapped out my manifolds for long tube headers, would 2.25 inch work fine?

    2.25 is more then fine stock , if you plan for more go ahead with 2.5"

    My stock 5.0l uses 2.5" to the mufflers then 2.25" for the tailpipes.
