O.K. This may not be the proper place for this but it isn't to post pics but to ask for one. I was browsing the galleries and saw a photo of an engine bay and didn't save it and don't remember whose it was. I am really looking for the braces that are in the pic. I think the car was copper colored but I could be mistaken about that too. It had these trick brackets on the top of the shock towers and round or tubular braces in place of the regular flat ones that run from the shock towers to the fire wall and it also had a ?"monte carlo"? bar that ran between the towers. If you know which car this is from I would appreciate a heads up on it....Thanks. I have been and will continue to scan the galleries but I figured I would try this too.
maybe this one? Click on my name and then "visit gallery" for another pic or two. My apologies if not.
Fan2488 has made a couple set for some of us. See thread http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=22787&highlight=monte+bars
I found this one last night on the internet. it is from MPG Heads. It is very similar to the one I saw on the Mav. Thanks for looking for it too guys. This one has a monte carlo bar available too. It is for a 67-68 Mustang but I'm sure it can be persuaded to fit a Maverick.
