You can get a lot of info by searching for the Taurus fan installs. Several varieties of control have been used.

Do you know what amp fuse is speced for your fan? That would be a good starting point.

If I were to do it again, I'd use a variable speed controller.

There are lot of choices in the way of controllers. I assume ur using a single spd fan? I have the same/similiar setup. My fan draws 21amps @ a supposedly 2500cfm. I started out buying a Jegs 555-10561 harness " it's still on the car". I had the temp probe go out on me abt a year later. I replaced the "200 on-185 off" probe w/ a 555-5215 adjustable unit w/ the probe in the radiator. I run a 180' stat. If im not running AC my car will rarely go over 200'.
It's been in abt 18mos and operating fine so far. It all comes down to what ur comfortable w/ and what u want to spend.
If I were to replace my setup I wud probably step-up to something like the Painless units.

Yeah i have a single speed 2500cfm fan like your saying and like you said the radiator probe stat is probably what i want simply because they seem easy to install even for someone new to this stuff like me lol. And as far as the amount I'm comfortable spending i really don't know yet, i saw some on jegs for around 50 but like i said i didn't know witch to order! And i have a 200ci motor by the way. Thanks for the part numbers i really appropriate it! I'm going to check it out after work! You guys are awesome!
