i am looking at upgrading my fan and i saw one with 4,000 CFM.:yup:
you could suck a cat through the radiator with this...:D

Yes. You can have too many CFM&M's.

Too many CFM's will pull your car down the road and will cause your brakes to wear out prematurely. :yup:

Note: Post video of sucking a cat through the radiator please. :D

('Sorry. I imagine there is a "diminishing results" affect at some point  -
A good by-product of the Super CFM 4000 Type R is that the noise alone is enough to scare all the cats away from your radiator.)

Would this be the fan that goes to the infamous picture of a radiator???
Would you please post a picture of this also????

And yes I would want to hear (from a far distance of this fan) and if no sound barrier broken, I would go for it!

    o.k. update....

    the bad a$$ fan ...sucked...big time...:yup:

it was bad when i took it out of the box..it had no more CFMs than the ...2000 CFM...fan i took off (plug them in off the car). it had a short in the main wire to the motor. it would shut off and i had to wiggle the motor wire to get it to come back on....found this out when the temp went to
215 degrees :whew: going to town to try it out in stop and go driving.
maybe they are as good as advertised but i want buy another one to see...($251 to my door).
so Mike and i went to Summit yesterday and returned it. i now have my stock v8 fan on...i will see today what temps it runs.

Summit has a perma cool, i believe, 16" that pulls like 10amps or something relatively low... it has lightweight aluminum blades and long life high speed bearings in it. It produces 2,950 cfm.

it's like 119 in the catalog. great for a puller.:thumbs2:
