    Hi folks,

I've searched the forum and just found some really old threads...

Is it possible to use Eibach springs in the Maverick? As far as I know, Eibach only produces for the 1979 mustang...but is there a compatible model that we can use in the maverick?

Also, if we change the entire suspension set...would that "model compatibility" still be an issue?

Is there another branch of sport springs out there, other than Eibach that can be used in the Maverick and grant the same results?

My technical knowledge is very limited...so forgive me for these questions...and also for my english mistakes..:thumbs2:

    Thanks!

I have '85 Mustang GT front springs in my Maverick, so '79 ones should fit too. I have no idea what it would do to the ride height, though.

they only work in the front. the rear springs are leaf springs and eibach doesnt make rear springs.

Is there any option for the rear springs?

How about the suspension, what would you suggest for a sport set...

    Thanks for all!

There are a few sources. JC Whitney, Espo, nothing specifically considered "sport" though. However you could do what I did and your springs would be tunable to whatever characteristics you want.

There are the Calvert Racing split-monoleafs for the rear. I just put a set on my car and the ride height is excellent. They don't give them away though.
