I'm having trouble getting my stock e-brake handle to hold in place when I pull it out, the little tang that is supposed to ratchet on the shaft seems like its stripped out. Short of finding a new handle and replacing it does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this. NH inspections won't pass me without a working e-brake. Thanks everyone.

Im would probably just replace the handle....or at least get an other handle and replace the rachet part. Probably a spring missing or broke.

I have some of the handles. Email me directly if interested.
