Door Window Attachment Pieces

    I just got back from the junkyard and removed a driver's side window - 2 door and the glass was attached by a nylon plug of some sort that snaps through the hole in the glass.

    1)Was this used on all Mavericks.

    2)Also, there must be some sort of pad betweent the scissor arm mounting point and the glass. Anyone know what was used?

    the plastic pieces are standard...the pad is like roofing felt...frank...
