Distribuitor cap and rotor

    Hi everybody, im working in my 1971 Maverick and want to get the ignition system right.

    it says i'll fit a 1977 maverick so..
    Will it fit in mine? its a stock 302 c.i.

    If you are not upgrading to some high end distributor or MSD box, just stick with the stock replacement parts. Much cheaper, and you know they will work.

    Dizzy and rotor are about $16.

    That's basically the stock Ford parts used in the early 80's on the Duraspark distributors. Not a bad price though for a premium cap and rotor with brass terminals (better than the aluminum terminal cap) You can buy the same parts here in the parts houses just by specifying parts for an early 80's Duraspark, There's another part not shown, the cap adapter that fits the distributor body and fits under the cap. It's a good upgrade when you want to run the post type sprak plug wires. I'm running this setup on my 77's 331. I'm not familiar as to what parts stores you have in Mexico, so you may be better off buying it thru Amazon.
