ok so i have the spindles and all, i'm just not sure what hoses i need(can i use my stock ones?) i know i need a disc drum master but i've read u can use the drum/drum proportioning valve. also what tie rod ends do i need...my spindles are from a 78 granada...do i need those(these are female thread as opposed to male...i would imagine alignment would be a problem) any help is appreciated...thanks in advance

I don't know about that. I used 77 Granada disc on mine, and used 71 Comet manual tie rods on a manual center link. They fit fine. There may be some that are bigger, but mine were not.

I think it's hit and miss on the tie rod ends. When I put the discs from a '77 Granada on my 74 my tie rods fit and mine's got power steering. My car didn't have a proportioning valve, only a distribution block. I think the master cylinder that's on mine is a disc/drum one any way, bit I also put discs on the back and the rears will lock up first. I have an adjustable proportioning valve to put in but I'm waiting to hear back from Wilwood about what mc they reccomend so I can do it all at once.

My stock tie rods fit but when I tightened down the castle nut the cotter pin didn't do any good any more. The taper was smaller on the early tie rod end.
