For those of you that couldn't make the Roundup, per suggestions, the club now has available a limited number of MCCI dash plaques for any members that attend any scheduled mini meets anywhere. Some were distributed to reps there and I have the rest to mail out. They have the MCCI logo and say "2004 MINI MEET PARTICIPANT". The deal is that any state reps that have scheduled a mini meet may request a number of plaques to distribute to MCCI members ONLY that attend. You should please only order the number that you realistically expect to attend. Make sure you contact me with enough time for me to mail them to you. If you need more after the fact because you underestimated the attendance, you can request the extras as long as you are able to get them to those that attended but did not receive one. What we absolutely want to avoid is for reps to order too many and have the extras go to waste as the club is flipping the bill for these and we will only have a limited number available. Do not order more than you will likely need. When they're gone..they're gone. I have around 100 left for the remainder of this year. There will only be one run of plaques made each year. I realize that a lot of time has gone by this season already, but we just got the plaques from the company and I just got them at the Roundup for distribution. They took way too long in getting them to us , but this will not happen for next year's run. I have a graphics supplier with a 2 week turnaround. To receive the plaques, contact me DIRECTLY, not by post on here or by private message. I will not guarantee you will get them if you do. Supply me the number of plaques you need and where/whom to snail mail them to. If this works out as well as I hope it does, this will be a yearly thing.
