creating a member photo gallery

    How do you do it???????? I been farting with this for a while now and cannot create a personel member gallery. I uploaded some pictures but they have dissapeared into never never land. It would be nice if there was a tutourial on how do do it attached as a sticky at the beginning. Also, once created, can they be used as a link to be viewed by anyone? I tried linking a picture to another fourm but it will only take them to the log on page.

    Go to the picture you have uploaded (Make sure its the full size image) and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will see the BB image code you will need to copy. nexst, paste that code into your post and voila!

    When I linked a previous picture that was in a post, the other sight could not view it without joining this message board. I just want to know if the member gallery will be the same deal.

    Hotlinking videos from the gallery would not be a good idea, but pictures should be fine for now. If it the hotlinking become excessive, I will enable hotlink protection.

    You dont have to be a member to view the pictures in the gallery, but you do have to be one to view the pictures in the forum. Does that make me half cool? :rofl2:;)
